New Restaurant Open on 7th Ave. and 10th Street
So, it looks like this place on the E. side of the street is open. I was walking by around 2pm and I think it's called "Scalino" or something similar.
Menu is posted in the window. Basic Italian stuff. Lots of appetizers. I'm excited because they have sauteed baby artichokes. Yummy.
Best part is that it's BYOB.
