I'm looking for recommendations of companies/individuals for two projects:

1. Clean the bricks and paint the cornice of a 1905 row house.
Got a recommendation for Shahid Construction (any experiences with them?), but looking for others.

2. Renovate a bathroom and add a half bath in what used to be a kitchen. Electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, painting, and tile work.
