Can anyone lend our building a ladder that's taller than average? We'd like to replace a ceiling fixture in the ceiling of the parlor floor and our regular ladder isn't tall enough. Our building is 488 Third St. I can bring you my driver's license for security.

Second question: Can someone recommend where we can purchase inexpensive rubber tile flooring for our basement?
