If anyone knows of a 1 bedroom apartment availble in Proho or Park Slope anywhere from Bergen to Plaza Street no higher than Underhill to 6th ave please let me know. My partner and I are looking for a place and have to vacate our current apt because of an issue with bugs and mice. I can spend between $1300 - $1400 but i can push it to $1500 if need be...

I'll do a broker if anyone can recommend a good one.

I had a good experience with omar@altanyc -- he showed me better apartments than I was finding on craigslist, and spammed me often with a digest of apartment listings that fit my search criterion (which was nice when I was testing the market).
