Park Place Swamp

I'd just like to take the opportunity to volunteer my services as additional manual labor should the residents of Park Place, between Underhill and Washington, decide to do something about the poor drainage on the north side of the street. Water collects and sits there for weeks! At this point, there's a green sludge growing - it looks (and smells - a choking stench!) like a friggin' swamp. I've started to avoid what is, otherwise, a beautiful block. Born on the bayou or not, neighbors don't let neighbors let their block smell like swamp ass.
