Daily Heights reaches Texas?

So I'm wasting some time on the web rather than working and I hit the real deal (www.therealdeal.net) where I see a link to an article about using blogs to sell a home. The link is to The San Antonio Express newspaper website (http://www.mysanantonio.com/business/stories/MYSA092705.01E.AlamotHts-Blogger.bd3667e.html).

I read this article about this guy who uses a blog to talk about his house and neighborhood and there's a link to the blog. I check it out. (http://alanweinkrantz.typepad.com/826_cambridge_oval/)

Yep, I've seen several hits in our logs from this guy. It's a really cool idea he has. It would be VERY interesting to see if his home gets sold to somebody who found his house through the blog. If it works, then real estate agents might have reason to be concerned.
