LOL PAul. She wanted to kill me because I slept through my scheduled appointment this morning.

I have to go over all my dates and other info since I fell at work and be ready for a hearing on next Wednesday.

They only offered $4000 after all this time (original offer was $1800) and I still have a ripped rotator cuff and bone chips & more. We had a mediator and they went up to $8000 without paying for another surgery. I already had 2. So the next step was a trial.

We chose to go to trial. Even the mediator said not to settle for even $80,000. That he was looking at a 6 figure settlement or award.

Plus 30 something grand in a surgery account.
