i just got off the tread mill. i was at the gym at 7:30 and then came home to the friggin treadmill. everyone here is doing well. i'm waiting for leslie to come and we're going to pathmark. i need some extra thing due to leslie staying the weeking with us. my son in law is leaving on business on friday morning, so she and the baby will stay with us a couple of days. she said its boring alone for 4 days. hope everyone is well at home. talk to you soon. love....................

OH GOOD I LIKE THE OLD GUY BUT THE KID REALLY NEEDS HELP. I SAW OPRAH THE PTHER DAY WITH ONE OF THE GUYS WHO LOST SO MUCH AND NOW GAINED IT ALL BCK. IT WAS SO SAD I FELT SO SORRY FOR HIM. In reality it is not reality, they work out 6 to 7 hours a day and burn 6,000 calories and only eat 1,200. That.............is not reality. Who has 6 hours to work out and who wants to.

I was thinking about buying a treadmill, but may join the Y instead because I don't have room to store the treadmill next to the bicycle on my back porch, lol.

Whatever store u are going to go to the computer and look for coupons. The mall especially like the little stores, limited, Express, Macys also any store. ESPECIALLY NEW YORK AND COMPANY

I swear, my son's friend gave me this great exercise bicycle and I haven't even used it once.

So, it may be cheaper to join the Y than to buy a treadmill. They just built anew one near me and I have to see if it's finished yet and join.

I love the Y but here in S.i. got very expensive. They have this new gym that is new. All new machines everything the y offers. If u are 55 and over it is 10 dollars for the year if not it is 55 dollars for the year. It is owned by the parks dept and the city. It is suppose to be great. I love the y I made so many friends there. Old friends. All the old men. I used to ride the bike and they would talk to me.In the afternoon I would go to the mall (pre Mia days) and all the old guys would be there hanging out in the food court for hours. They used to say come sit let me buy u lunch. They were so cute. they were like the gang who couldn't shoot straight. OR Grumpy Old Men LOL

Any exercise equipment in the house will be used to put your clothes on. That is why my bike is downstairs in the basement. I have to start again. I would ride for one hour or more.
