Janet for who Vinny ???? Im not sure about that ....Worker's Comp isnt fighting it ...they paid him for being out from work .....took care of the Burn Center bill ...that he was in for 2 months and every week.....!!

Worker's Comp is separate and has nothing to do with suing the city.

Just have him ask the lawyer, ASAP. Time is running out. You have to file an intention to sue or whatever it is called and then you have years to do so. But if you don't get that paper in within a specific time period, you can NEVER sue. No one told me, and I lost out.

Maybe it's called an option to sue (in the future). The lawyer would know. All companies have a long period, but to protect itself, NYC set a limitation on the amount of time you have to submit this intention to sue paper.

HELLO FROM VENICE BEACH, FLORIDA.......

1,277 Miles 22 Hours/2 DAYS 6-Pee Stops 1 Lunch Stop

WE made it safely, thank GOD.. about 6:15pm last night - and that included a stop at Angelo's Italian Deli for some good provolone and
all the Italian goodies to make our night.. and day, and next day...


AS JOE SAYS, "YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP"

AND so THIS IS MY FIRST TWO MINUTES IN THE HOUSE:

Pulled into driveway, two local friends passing by to see if we arrived;
so they get out of the car to help us unload my car.

I take Faith with me directly to the back yard to be sure their new dog 'yard' is closed and safe. Two seconds later I hear a SPLASH

Faith is in the pool (she's never seen a pool) And mind you, she
is not my blind dog... (was worried about him)

Well she feverishly swims to the shallow end, I was calling her to
come to the steps - she would have been able to get out then
(she didn't get out).

And I went in after her - corduroy pants, boots, fleece jacket....
wallet, meds in my pockets.. To save my little girl. It was cold,
think 40.. Happy ending!!! That's all that matters.

22,000 pounds of furniture and boxes will be delivered at 8:00 AM
tomorrow. I have to get all my shit I drove down with, put away. I cannot
believe I now have to have a place for everything. It's easy when you think about where to put it all - but now it is REAL.
