Carol .... Happy Birthday ...again! My daughter and your Granddaughter do go to school together ...and they also said they cant get to the computer because of us ....lol...how funny is that! I went and bought my daughter a laptop....so as Im walking out of Bestbuy ...Security asks me ...am I treating myself to a computer....I said No its for my daughter so she can leave me alone on my computer .....LOL!

I just came back from my brother's house....he went to St. John's also, so I asked him to see his yearbook to see if i recognized anyone's name in his book... You had posted a picture on here of your graduating class, but the pictures were so small that I really couldn't see faces or read the names..but when I looked in his book, there he was on the top left, first picture and when I looked more I saw yours...you were both in the same class that graduated in l963......I told him and he does remember your name...I also told him about the nuns and he relayed the same story about the nun they called cannonball....he said he got slammed a few times by her in the head also, and he remembers the guy that had a breakdown when he heard he was going into her class, and they had to put him in the other 7th grade class...I don't know if you mentioned that on here, but the story sounded familiar to me.....I thought I might have read that on here when you were all talking about the nuns....

I also saw a David Sherman in the class, I can't remember, but was that your husband???? I know you must of said it on here at some time, but I don't remember, so if it is, he was in the class with my brother also... My brother started St. Johns in the 2nd grade there......and then off to John Jay after graduation in l963....also in his grauduation book from John Jay there was a picture of a Peter Angelo...any relation to you????? graduation class of l969...

He was the cutest kid back then, he had these big cheeks that you just wanted to pinch....lol...
I remember when I used to babysit him, I would spend the night on the couch so I wouldn't have to walk home or let his Father go back out to walk me, even though it was just around the corner... and when I woke up, there he was peeking in the room to see if I was awake.. and now when I think about it, he was only five years younger than I am.....lol....

awww how cute....he didnt do anything spiteful did he? Like make you sit in glue ....or shoot spit balls at ya ....did he ?? LOL

Hi everyone,
the month of love is coming - and I can't wait to see all the hearts here. I just know there are a lot! lol
I didn't have a chance to read all the posts, but if I know you guys, there have been a lot of well wishes for us, so thank you everyone.
As Carol Castaldo said (btw) Happy Birthday Carol!!! - we spoke tonight, always good to hear from her, and yes, mom is doing as well as expected considering she is on an aggressive treatment of chemo.
I quit my job, nothing there to keep me there, and looking for another, but I just had to drop by to keep in touch.

I am glad it's over Debbie, and wish you a quick recovery.
Carol, let's try for this weekend - hopefully the weather will cooperate, and please kiss Roz for me.
