chrissy "o" hHello Everyone,
WOW, I can't believe what page you guys are on. I was happy to enter the blog after quite some time, to see some delicious recipes up. The pie looks awesome. I had one a few months ago and it was white pasta with ricotta and mozzerella and grated cheese and baked. It was delicious as well for the non-sauce lovers (which is probably no one on this blog).
It's so wonderful to see all of you blogging away. I feel so "out-of-the-loop", but my thoughts are always with my Brooklyn friends. I go on Facebook once in a while as well.
Debbie, my love, I have to call you tonight. I was talking with Gina so I want to talk to you, Chuck.
Terry, do we have any reunion news as far as a place? The survey on "Evite" is still going and we still have an overwhelming response for Prospect Hall. A few people were wondering if September 26th was set in stone because they were hoping to do it at the end of summer so more can attend. Hopefully, we can settle on a place soon. I'm continuing to add new names to the list. Karen Dritto said it right, "We're going to need Madison Square Garden". Perhaps my brother James can hook us up there!
Well, everyone, I hope you don't mind me just dropping in to say "hello" and to offer some virtual hugs to all my Brooklyn cousins.
Love,
Christina -

chrissy "o" hThanks for reminding me that it is Ash Wednesday. Are we supposed to avoid meat today as well?
I'm so excited that my daughter Julia Grace, was accepted to Saint Bonaventure school next year. NOW I'll be back on top of all those religious holidays. Gosh, we used to celebrate St. Joseph's day with those wonderful pastries. I think that's around St. Patty's day.
Debbie, I still have not made the Spaghetti with Anchioves and Bread Crumbs that your mother used to make. OH, MAN, I COULD TASTE IT RIGHT NOW!!!!
Hi CUZ JANET. HOW ARE YOU, BUDDY? -

I hope I can come in September. I'll be flying up to be with Jeanne's girls for Easter and again in the summer for a few weeks. I'm not sure I'll be able to swing a trip in September as well. We'll see.
Did anything ever come of the place Anthony Umbria mentioned a while back. That place sounded big. There's got to be a friggin place on Staten Island that can accomodate 250 people where we can cater the same food as last year. Hopefully, we find what we need. -
