YES, 1 YEAR EAXCTLY. I RENOVATED THE APT IN MY 2 FAMILY HOME FOR THEM. THEY MOVED IN LAST YEAR IN JUNE. THEY ARE GOOD TENANTS.

MY SON-IN-LAW LOVES BAY RIDGE NOW, IT TOOK SOME TIME BECAUSE HE IS A HAPPAGUE LONG ISLAND BOY. LIVED THERE ALL HIS LIFE, EXCEPT FOR THE 5 YEARS HE SERVED IN THE MARINES.

I mean its a different story if you have help to pay for the wedding but still even with help I would sooner they take the $$$ and get into a home.
