I really believe in that stuff. It was so weird how I wrote his name and typed it and did not even notice i put john instead of Jim. Like that psychic John Edward would say he was coming through. OK bye for now. We have music class at 11 am down shore road. Got to get the kid ready and leave early to look for a parking space. Hail Mary Full of Grace help me find a parking space.......lol It has worked for 9 weeks in a row, hope today Mary holds one space even by a meter......lol

Hi all

Here is my recipe for meat pies. I usually make about 8 pies out of it.

1/2 lb of procutto
1/2 lb of Genoa salami
2 Italian dry sausage (suprisade)
1 stick of dry sausage
cut all meats in small pieces
1 1/2 cans of ricotta (3 lb can)
grated cheese (1 handful)
4 to 5 doz eggs

for the crust I use pillsbury pie dough
cook at 300 degrees 45mins to 1 hour
after a little brown - brush with egg (beaten)
