Hi Joe- you're not fat till you step on the cat's tail and kill it.

So here's the score from HELLS KITCHEN- sonny boy didn't like the potato flake fried cod & doesn't eat cole slaw-Wife said fried cod OK but liked the cole slaw. Cod Oreginata is always a lock(my safety net). Me - fried cod excellent-light & good flavor on the coating- cole slaw rocks.

Now I'm putting on the coffee and gonna try the carrot-date-nut bread. Since I'm not a big baker of sweet stuff what the critics think of it doesn't matter.

I'm a big BREAD baker & a pizza man too.

You see growing up with all those Italians rubbed off.

Because we're an Irish and Italian family and since St. Paddy's & St. Joe's
are so close I usually make Corned Beef & Cabbage Parmigiana :shock:

OK got some TV to watch. I'll come by later to say goodnight and work on my PHOTOBUCKET.
