I HAVE TO GO INTO BROOKLYN AGAIN TODAY......DOCTOR VISIT FOR MY WIFE....BETWEEN GAS,TOLLS,AND CO-PAYS......I'M DYING
....MUST HAVE SPENT $125.00 JUST ON CO-PAYS IN THE PAST WEEK....

....AND THEY WANT TO RAISE THE TOLLS 23%......TIME TO MOVE OUT OF NEW YORK......IT'S NO LONGER WORKER FRIENDLY ANYMORE

There is a law against paying tolls within a city, so I don't know why there even is a toll on the Verrazano.

Janet thanks. The bridge is outrageous! it cost me 19.00 bucks to go to bklyn. not counting the gasoline.

It's usually between states, possibly cities, but not in cities. That is very strange !!

When I leave Brooklyn to head back here, I go into NJ through Manhattan and pay no tolls. I come in to NY through NJ and only pay that toll since the Verrazano is free coming in.

ITS THE SAME OLD STORY......NEW YORK HAS BECOME A PLACE OF RICH
AND POOR.....EITHER YOU DON'T CARE HOW MUCH THINGS COST BECAUSE YOUR WEALTHY OR BECAUSE YOU'RE POOR,AND SOMEONE ELSE IS PAYING YOUR WAY(WELFARE,FOOD STAMPS,RENT SUBSITIES)
