anthony - those songs were great! jimmy roselli has always been big in my house - still is. it's funny, but my youngest daughter, when she was small used to know the words to every song we played. love both his italian and american songs.

remember fat tony from casa storta on 21st street? well, jimmy used to go there often and tony used to cook for him.

jeannette - you're right - he can still belt the cords out. i saw him at resorts some yrs back and he was great. and he was a stand up kind of man too in his younger, struggling days, who they say "couldn't be bought."

funny story about him, where because he refused to be controlled by the "boys" they wanted to teach him a lesson, and the wives of the boys said they would kill their husbands if anything ever happened to him.
