Joe - I wanted to mention that when you posted the arrangements on the blog yesterday you mentioned that the wake is Monday 2-5 & 7-9, but the funeral web site says 2-4 & 7-9. I just thought you would want to know.

Hi Linda, part boil them, I stuff with bread crumb, cheese, parsley, diced garlic, put them in the oven to broil so they get nice and crisp
