i hate this weather

we had chicken cutlets just thrown on the grill and baked potatoes and salad.
tomatoes and avocado salad.
andddddd zucchini and cannelloni beans saute in garlic and oil.
hot oil...
when we were in Italy evey restaurant had oil on the table even the pizza places.
I made it when I came home my HOT OIL
FILLED MY GLASS OIL HOLDER WITH OLIVE OIL, FRESH GARLIC AND ALOT , ALOT, ALOT OF RED PEPPER HOT BUT GOOD...
IN ITALY THEY POUR IT ON THEIR PIZZA AND EVERYTHING U CAN THINK OF...

YES LINDA I WAS COLD TODAY.
WHEN I CAME HOME I FELT LIKE I WAS SICK AND INSTEAD OF DOING THINGS I TOOK A BLANKET AND COVERED MYSELF AND WATCHED OPRAH. LOL

but had to go the doctor with my little ava
had a virus., had to hold her and hold her hand
doctor checked her and she turns around and says to me
i feel better grandma lol lol lol ol

MUSIC CLASS TOMORROW AND OFF TO CENTURY AS LONG AS THE WEATHER IS GOOD.

I LOVE SALAD I HAVE ONE ALMOST EVERY NIGHT AND VERY LITTLE MEAT AND BAKED POTATO. SOMETIMES AFTER THE SALAD I JUST EAT THE POTATO

ONLY VEGS NO MEATS MAYBE FISH BUT MOSTLY SALADS EVERYNIGHT DIFFRENT THINGS IN IT SO NOT TO BE BORING

I COULD EAT THAT WAY EVERY NIGHT BUT U MUST HAVE SOME PROTEIN FOR YOUR MUSCLES....
