I just sent emails out this week, and I don't have everyone's contact information still. Some people do not have computers and either need to be called or have it mailed. When people receive the email, it usually takes 1 to 2 weeks for them to mail the money especially since they have to get money orders first, and then wait for the mail delivery.

The notice via email should have gone out weeks ago, and you said Karen was doing it, but it never went out. I can understand that some people will mail it in after they find out where it is.

How much do you need for a deposit if it is Prospect Hall and how much if it is the other hall on SI and when does it have to be in by??? Usually a few hundred is enough for an initial deposit, followed by more a week later.

Finally, if it is PH, we will have to send out another notice to pay the balance which is another $15 as well as tell them where it is. That's without the open bar, but includes all the tax, etc. If it is a hall on SI, the $30 should be enough.

So, in summation, enough time hasn't even passed for them to be able to even mail the deposit, lol. 2 weeks has to pass first before you have a majority of deposits.

Has anyone contacted Ralph Marsella ?? He has about 30 to 50 people himself. I don't have an email address for him. I am trying to update Christina's fantastic spread sheet with other names and email addresses, but no one else has sent me any for the people that are missing (I posted the list twice).

I hate to annoy these people with an in between email, but I should have put something in there to send other people's contact information, as well as tell them to spread the word.

How much deposit is needed ?? Has anyone even called Eric at Prospect Hall ?? I was in contact with him before Christmas, when he gave us the cost per person, and if he hasn't heard from anyone by now, we may not even still be penciled in.

So, someone has to call there to find out if it is still possible and how much the deposit has to be and when it has to be in by.


Yeah, yeah, I am on a roll, but that's because I have been nagging Terry about getting the initial email out months ago. Mea Culpa.

Just another point. You said "HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING IN A FEW DAYS". That's when the emails went out and about 50 of them only yesterday, blah, blah, blah, lol.

Oh, how much is collected so far??

Janet I sent emails out a couple of weeks ago. I will be good I will wait. I reported the other day we collected 300 dollars have not cashed the checks yet was waiting to go to the bank just a few times not everyday. I hope the rest are sending money orders.
I would think we would need at least 500 dollars for a deposit. I don't want to go to any place until I have money. I spoke to Ralph Marsella last week. He and his friends don't want to send money until they know where it is going to be. He said people don't want to drive from long island to S.I.
s.i. seems to be the middle for brooklyn and new jersey. Long Island... all they have to do is stay on the highway same distance just more money for the bridge. I will probably get money today in the mail. Tim fox already paid....sooooo one part of the fox family will be there.
OH AND IF WE ORDER FOOD LIKE LAST YEAR I AM ORDERING EXTRA EGGPLANT AND MAKING U A TIN JUST FOR U TO TAKE HOME. LOL OH WITH A LOAF OF GOOD ITALIAN BREAD....
