Brooklyn Back When - Open Thread

i made breaded veal cutlets last night with whipped potatos and string beans -

don't ask me where dis came from - just got them on my mind for breakfast. lol

But, ultimately, JAWS was my cure for wanting to swim
in the ocean. I watched it every year so that I could
become more afraid of the ocean.

Oh, I don't eat Veal. Yikes !!!

I always thought that if I went into the ocean, further
out, a shark would find me. Even in some bays in
Bermuda, they said the sharks wouldn't go over the
coral, and I would say, if I go in, they will jump the coral
to get to me, lol.

Yes, I just had a piece of wheat bread with butter just to get something into my stomach.

Hi Patsy, Festina, Janet and Jim

Special hello to Ralph M - Who is always ignored.....lol lol lol sorry...I think Joe is going to play at the reunion.

Well last night we went out to eat for my son's birthday, we went to Solo Bella (Patsy thats where you had a party recently) the food was very good and it is very close to home....when we got home we sat down to have my son's cake that I baked him.....well what a diaster...the CAKE WAS RAW!!!!!! When I baked it the night before, it looked good in the oven, cooked it for the right amount of time, put the toothpick in, came out clean...but as soon as it was cooled off and I was transferring it to a cake dish, PUFF the cake went flat....I guess that my first clue that something was wrong, but I didn't realize it was not cooked.....oh well I think my son posted the picture on facebook, the little creep...lol lol and the picture is after everyone was picking at it to make sure the whole thing was RAW.....lol lol lol

Well back to work....have a great day...I think we are going to see the SUN out today...enjoy...peek back later

Hey Paul we must of been typing at the same time...how are you ..any plans for AC this weekend? I was not on last night...so I don't know if Suzie was on..maybe she went to bed early because she probably had test early this morning.
