maryannlHi, sounds like you all have the weather we had yesterday.
Judy, I know you can't wait to get your mom home, that's great, she will be happy!
Terry, I'm so sorry to hear about your friends, it's a sad day for soooo many.
Patsy, I'll help my son hang curtains this wk. end, but I really need to stay home and clean my house!!! Sorry to hear your daughter had to stand in that long line w/o lunch---not good, she needs her nutrients to be able to concentrate in class!!!!
Jeanette, I don't cook like I used to anymore since I found out I have food intolerances, I'm very limited in what I could eat, it started with "lactose" and now "high fructose corn syrup" what a crazy life w/o the foods I love!!!!
Jim, have fun in Wildwood
Everyone::::: Have a great Friday and remember all those that perished on this day in 2001. -

geriob1Afternoon Joke of the Day......
A man returns home a day early from a business trip. It’s after midnight. While en route home he asks the cabby if he would be a witness. The man suspects his wife is having an affair and he wants to catch her in the act. For $100, the cabby agrees.
Quietly arriving home, the husband and cabby tip toe into the bedroom. The husband switches on the lights, yanks the blanket back and there is his wife in bed with another man!
As the husband puts a gun to the naked man’s head, the wife shouts,
'WAIT" "Don’t do it!" screams his wife. I lied when I told you I inherited money.
HE paid for the Corvette I gave you.
HE paid for our new cabin cruiser.
HE paid for your season Giants season tickets.
HE paid for our house at the lake.
HE paid for our country club membership, and
HE even pays the monthly dues.
Shaking his head from side-to-side, the husband lowers the gun. He looks over at the cabby and says, 'What would you do?'
The cabby replies, 'I’d cover his ass with that blanket before he catches a cold.' -
