Hi Danny ....Im sorry I signed off last night ....without looking back as Franny
would say....

Im a regular Night Owl ....I worked midnights ....so I could be there
for my kids in the day.....and as hard as I try to fall asleep early ...I cant!

Anthony is usually on at night also .....he cant fall asleep untill I smack
him around for a little while .....lol. Just kidding of course!

Janet Horan ...used to be on here ....but she's busy on the Farm on FB

Carol Lovaglia ....was also a part of our midnight crew ....and she hasnt
given me a good enough excuse on why she isnt on anymore....but I have
a feeling Janet has her feeding the chickens on the Farm

I thought my daughter would turn me in one day when I was taking tylenol, I guess at that time the teachers were asking the kids if their parents took drugs and to report them.

Suzie, Hope you had fun at the game last night, how old is your son? I know, my nerves were shot when I used to go plus my son played baseball for 6 yrs. My daughter was in competitive dance, I kept my distance from the other moms, it's better that way, I hated the gossip. But, she took care of herself, not letting anyone get in her way. Hi MaryAnn ...Im glad I looked back. Dont laugh but my Son is 26 ....usually his girlfriend goes with him ....I cant go ....I literally get sick to my stomach.
He's been doing Ice/Roller Hockey since he's a little kid....one time he rolled over to me and said, " look at my arm Mom" he picked up his arm and he broke the 2 bones in between the wrist and his elbow....then 1 night while
I was at work .....my Supervisor came over and said you have to leave ....your Son is in the ER ....with his eye split open from a hockey stick
he had a helmet on ...but nothing protecting his face! They know him on a 1st name basis at the emergency room.
So, I guess you understand what Im feeling.....Im not the mother that standing there and saying "Go Vinny kick his ass" Im saying wait till you get home....and why did you hit that kid?

Wow, you went through it with your daughter also! Im proud of you!

WOW Suzie, he's been playing for a while, unbelievable, it's a rough game, he probably needs that guard over his face, how scary is that? wow I love hockey, we are fans of the Carolina Hurricanes. But, you know as well as I do, that when your kid is out there, it's a different type of feeling and you want to protect them. I didn't allow my son to buy a motorcycle yrs. ago, he bugged us and bugged us for one, but he bought one anyway and hid it over his friends house. I wasn't too happy but then he finally told us and I rec'd a phone call, he ended up going down a ditch, thankfully, he only had road rash on his arm but it was awful. I have a cousin that died from injuries in a motorcycle accident in B'klyn back in the 80's. Well, listen, hang in there, boys will be boys!!

I need to get out of the house, I missed my grandkid's soccer game this morning but there will be other days I can watch them play.

Hello All -- having the same rainy weather here. Pool getting a little too high.
Thankful we've not had a hurricane since we moved here. Never put the
hurrican shutters up. Yikes.. Hope you are all having a wonderful weekend,
