Terry, you really hit it out of the park today, thanks are in order for you, Mike, Festina and all the other little elves who helped you to pull this off.
I am posting the prayer that I had prepared but with all the fun & excitement, I never got around to saying it so here goes.
REUNION PRAYER
Dear Heavenly Father we give you thanks for blessing us with this opportunity to gather here this day in friendship and fellowship
We thank you for this day that will see old friends brought together again, family members reunited, and all the new friendships that will be formed here today.
Thank you for bringing safely to us all who are here, those that could not make it, and those that are no longer with us but are now Angels in Heaven, that you created to watch over us.
As we prepare to break bread together we ask that you bless this food and this gathering that we may enjoy a fun and peaceful day united in brother and sisterhood.
And please continue to bring us together year after year, this family that you created,
THIS FAMILY OF SOUTH BROOKLYN
In Jesus name we pray dear Lord, AMEN.
