debbie bonavita mccarthyHey suzie....Geri's moving in on your turf!!!!!! -
michael clementoI really appreciate the offer Geri but I'm looking into a package deal, flight+car+hotel. Clearwater is my favorite beach as far as beaches go from me. You live in a beautiful area. I was closer to the beach when I lived in Brooklyn but now I'm surrounded by water...go figure -
hyhy7464charlie mentioned pools and it made me think of our backyard on 20th street and our mimosa trees -

Pool???.... You guys had a pool???... I don't remember anyone with a pool... I always hung out in the Johnny Pump until the cops came & closed it on us... I remember when Lillian Catalano has a sprinkler on the pump down by her... That was a real treat for us kids.. lol -
charliesanchezHey Deb, What ever happened to John Lockwood? Boy did we abuse that kid. Kind of feel bad, know after watching 6 Feet under on HBO i kind of feel for him. Must have been Hell.......... -

charliesanchezHey Geri, When I went back to 22nd street to sell my parents house in the basement was the origianl sprinkler cap. Not the one the the gave out afterward but the original that had great water pressure. -

We always did the can thing too... But I still liked the sprinkler since it didn't send me flying into traffic... Does anyone remember the little blond boy that was killed on 22nd street??? He was hit by a car & it made the papers! I still remember the trama from that!!! -
charliesanchezHey Mike you remember we would open the pump on 5th ave. and 22nd street and have a ball but that kind of died down when the 72nd. moved to 4th avenue and actually handed out these sprinkler caps. They were white. We spoke of them in Sudat's grocery Store on 5th. Ave. -

It was probably worth something. I bet it was the same one that Flossy's mom had gotten from the police station years ago. She probably gave it to your mom when the Catalano's moved off the block... I bet! -
charliesanchezSuzie,
For some reason I always remember calling you SUE, When did the Suzie start? Must have been after 35, probably when I didn't mind Charles.......... -
