The bike ride was good but short. My legs are sore from roller skating with my kids yesterday. We havent skated in about 6 months.

I've adjusted to the heat down here Deb...I work outdoors so riding a bike is literally a breeze. I took the kids to the roller rink to skate so that was air conditioned. They cant handle the heat like I can. So much for younger being better huh..lol

I was exhausted LAST night. I skated more than the kids did. But their legs arent as sore as mine are today, I guess thats where the youth part comes in huh.

I'll behave ...not gonna say anything about handling the heat and swetting!
