Morning Terry. It rained all day yesterday and I didn't even go get my mail out of the mailbox. I swear, I slept most of the day. Strange !!!

Did anyone watch the Biggest Loser last night?? I wanted to put an idea into the show for the next Biggest Loser. The teams would be groups of 4 that came from the same area or schools, so that we can be in it, lol. Me & Geri and 2 more, lol.

I was printing up an application for The Biggest Loser and my printer just ran out of black ink. I just bought 2 cartridges, but haven't replaced it yet, lol.

I am taking the test for The 2010 Census next week. They are hiring now for various jobs before the actual census takes place. So technically, it
s for the next 2 years. I was a co-crew leader for the last census and want to do mapping now and get a supervisors position.

In mapping, you add new homes, roads, etc to the maps they give you. It is $15 an hour, but the bigger check (which is not included as income) is the mileage check. You do it in your spare time (Terry has none, lol) and it is good money.

Debbie, flatten the cutlets out and put cream cheese and asparagus in it, close them up and bread them. You can fry them or bake them. It is fantastic. You can stuff them with anything you like, but the cream cheese and asparagus comes out great.

You can use cheddar & broccoli, ricotta, mozzarella & ham, etc. Stuffings are endless and they are all good. I am going to make calzones tonight. I get the dough from the pizzeria.

I used to watch Danny the butcher filet the veal cutlets and do that with the chicken cutlets.
