Things have been a world-wind these past few days. So much going on..

The good news is I sold my house (or at least have a contract on it). I
love the young couple and it makes me so happy that this home can now
be filled with a young, happy couple and children. It is time!!!! Had three
people bidding. But I went with my heart and gut, Vs. $$$. I am happy
for them and already have formed an email relationship w/new buyer.
She's a sweetie.

Did you go to bed? I won't say anymore if you did... Sleep tight my friend!

Nite Suzie... going to check my email. Just got home a little while ago.. so unwinding a few mins before I hit the flannel sheets (my favorite).

And my opinion on the banister - it looked great. I know and also have
many shades of woods. If you can 'live with it' (different from accepting
what you hate) - give it a shot. Like Judy says, nightmare to sand, etc.
And Paul Villa is right on in terms of how they should have brought you
to the 'right color.' Back to point - I'd bet after one month, it will
be as if it always was..... It will just blend in with the rest of your home,
which, by the way, is absolutely beautiful - from what I can see.
