I lost 2lbs so far so it seems since monday I have really been good and it is hard especially that i have not exercised

I know but my knee, that holds me back going to a Chiropractor soon and massages and that helps. Got gift certificates for massages in bklyn. This place is great expensive but that is what i wanted for Christmas and that is what I got, now i just need to get there and feel good.
