Grammar fascist! And there is supposed to be a comma between "punctuation" and "etc." And those are waayyyy to many elipses. When will you people learn? That does it, I'm moving to the Upper West Side.
  • but wait, i still don't understand. is 'guest' just kidding that beast ugly or is 'guest' kidding, beast is ugly! and if so, kidding about what?

i haven't been able to sleep. the arbitrariness of it all.
  • And thus began your 30 year quest to find Guest and get some answers. Would you have even started if you knew how it would end?
  • I don't care if beast is ugly (and I don't think it is), I love the food. We ate at Centro on Montague in Brooklyn Heights (BroHo?) last week, and although it is very aesthetically pretty, it's a slick manhattan nightmare and not comfortable AT ALL. Beast has a warm, belly of a dragon ambiance that is perfect for sitting drinking beer and playing solitaire scrabble.

Best place to buy lotto tickets: Park Place Candy and News, Park & Flatbush next to Little Miss Muffin. The guys always say "good luck".
  • Why would you play lotto, when for you could have a 1 in 32 chance of winning $200 in the Dailyheights.com ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS tournament?

  • Best website: dailyheights.com
  • My mom is in town so for mothers day I took her to the Prospect Park Zoo, its really great. Its not gigantic but it'll take an afternoon, they also have a great "nature walk" exhibit. The only weird thing was that they had some llamas that had just been shaven down and they looked awfully embarrased.

Its definately great to have it so close.

  • Rhodamine- don't you work there? Not that I disagree, mind you, but somehow that doesn't seem fair...

inasmuch as helping out there for a few hours a day after my 9-5, during this busy season, can be considered "working", i guess... i only got involved with the place after being very impressed by how the place operated as a customer... so i suppose my reccommendation precedes my employment, to be honest.
  • Cool. It's ok to recommend the place where you work as long as there's disclosure. For the record, I agree 100%.
