Has she been eating anything off the ground? Ripley gets that sometimes, even with her cast-iron stomach. It's usually because she's licked or eaten something particularly nasty on the street. I really hate making her wear the muzzle and I'm in denial when it comes to how dumb she can be. I end up letting her go without it until she eats something and then put it on her. Our area has way too many "yummy" temptations for dogs on the street, it's hard to know what Ripley will try to eat. Sometimes she goes for something that doesn't even resemble food.

I second taking her to the vet if it continues. I hope she feels better, poor baby!

I second getting the poop tested, just to be safe.

When it happened to my cat, by the time I got her to the vet, the infection that had caused it had already cleared, but we were able to pick up an underlying condition that would have otherwise gone undiagnosed until much later. It's usually easier to treat things early.
