Just went the other night - good eats and great wine selection. This is the place that replaced that somewhat lame Vietnamese place. Anyone else gone there yet? I had this lentil Pork - Grandma's recipe stew thing - it was yummy!
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

  • I only went once for dinner, but really enjoyed my meal, and have been plenty of times for brunch. In my opinion their french toast is the best in the neighborhood, quite possibly the best I've ever had.
  • Went about 2 months ago for brunch and it was a horrible experience-we ended up walking out. Friends of ours who happened to be having brunch there the same day had the same experience. I have heard the food was good, but, after sitting there for a half hour that one day and not even getting a glass of water or a menu until I literally had to reach my hand out and touch the waiter, then, after getting the menu, having to wait another 15 minutes before orders were taken and then another 10 minutes for the waitress to come back and tell us that we couldn't have the sandwiches we ordered off of the brunch menu because they were out of bread, i will not be returning!
  • I actually liekd the place that was there before. Oh well! Easy come, easy go!
  • Long time sloper - bummer! Was this recent? I havent been there for brunch. The service was ok when I was there. The waiter was nice and attentive. The hostess was a little weird behaving though . . .
  • This was about a month and a half ago, two months ago, around there.
  • Me and the wife ate here last night and really liked it. I had the Pork stew as well --- great --- and my wife had an ocean full of mussels which were also good. We started with soups and the French onion they had there was some of the best I've had. Good wines and beers as well.

Yeah, the service is a bit slow but it's a French restaurant, it's expected. But both waiters there were French and I like the authentic feel of that.
  • Sweet! I'm going to have to go back soon!
  • My wife and I went there some time ago, right around when they first opened. We had just gotten back from Paris and thought it only appropriate to eat some more french cuisine. :) We were really pleased. It was a great meal with generous portions and the wait staff was very attentive. No complaints.
