Boerum Hill's Mad Crapper Caught in the Act

I do remember the french-speaking chick outside Starbucks. Actually it used to baffle me that someone who was so clearly disturbed must have been at one time so well-educated. I'd be really interested in finding out where she went or what happened to her or if she's OK. Every once in a while I'd give her a Starbucks gift card but I think the staff on Court Street used to make sure she ate well, yet another reason to love this neighborhood.
