    A DVD rental place? That makes about as much sense as a beeper accessory store.

    I dunno about that -- Netflix appears to have most everything like that available, and releases some of the small indie fiction stuff themselves. I've rented Maysles Bros and Herzog docs from them, which for me is a big part of the appeal of their service.
    Some films just aren't in distribution outside the educational circuit.

    Well if they can make a business out of renting Wiseman documentaries, etc. - god bless them. I wish them luck.
