favorite song of all time

that's a tough one. it might be headhunter by front 242, or spellbound by siouxsie. or waiting room by fugazi. or killing an arab by the cure. or stigmata by ministry. or any number of dead can dance tracks or maybe everything by the faint? and let's not forget all of jamie liddel's noise tracks (stop it with the r&b and go back to industrial noise!!)
ugh. my brain is fried. I love music. sorry. -
No Love Lost by Joy Division.

i love music too. i have two favorite songs.

Does anyone have only one favorite song? My iTunes list of top-rated songs has 340! And that's only at the office.
The 5 songs I've played most at work are:
Porch - Pearl Jam
What Do You Think? - The Sundays
Jimi Thing - Dave Matthews Band
It's Alright - Indigo Girls
The Battle of Evermore - Led Zeppelin -

Don't forget Where Eagles Dare.

At this moment I'm feeling kindly disposed toward Divide and Conquer by Husker Du or The Birds by Swervedriver. -

oh yeah. one of my poker buddies works on broadway and was commenting that after I said I really wanted to hear the misfits, he looked them up and listened to some of their music. too bad he's all into musical theater - I like anyone who will look up music I love.
that said, let's not forget mindless self indulgence. great band. and there's a special place in my heart for almost all led zeppelin tracks. oh. and leaving out the dead kennedys or joy division (thanks for the reminder, carny) would be blasphemy.
on the folk side, can't forget both hands by ani. or anything by mercedes sosa.
why are you doing this to me? the list is just growing! -
