Recommended landlords in the Slope?

I am about to start a "hunt" for a 1 bedroom in the Slope. Of course, I would like to avoid a broker's fee. Are there any landlord's or Management Co. that I can contact directly in the Slope? Any websites that you can recommend?

Subject: 1 bedroom in pk slope

I will have a 1 bedroom on 5th avenue in park slope available in a month or so. Its a large 1 bedroom railroad apt (about 700sq feet) and is on the 4th floor of a brownstone. rent is 1510. i have not listed the apartment yet

Slope Realty on 7th avenue and 10th street, they have new listings on friday mornings. No fee.
