You grab the HTML embed tags from anywhere (not just YouTube) and paste them in here.

For example, pasting in the following embed tags from the video page you provided...
(just the green text)

<embed id="VideoPlayback" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" src="http://video.google.com/googleplayer.swf?docId=-887723772545700624&hl=en" flashvars=""> </embed>

...produces the following end result:



But that's just the original size of the video, which may be a bit smaller than you want.

Wanna make it larger?

Add your own desired width and height specs, such as width="320" height="240" inside those same embed tags as follows:
(again, just the green text)

...and you get the following video player with a width of 320 pixels and height of 240 pixels:
