There are lots of complicated legal issues around what hospitals can and can't do when someone is too incapacitated to give informed consent for various medical procedures. I'm not entirely sure how I feel about the proposed law or whether it would pass constitutional muster because of that. My main reason for posting, though, was just to let people know about something that allegedly took place in our neighborhood.

I'd gone into the old Po'Knockers but never made it to Khrome or the recently closed Courtyard(?) - also on Atlantic.
