It's not the politicians who are sleazy it's the media. Who gives a darn what these people do in bed. As long as they are not doing anything illegal or anything that puts the nation at risk, let them be. Still, it keeps me glued to the news...

ALBANY -- The latest sex scandal involving a New York governor widened Tuesday afternoon after newly inaugurated Gov. David Paterson revealed that he had affairs with "several" women -- not just one -- after a falling out with his wife Michelle about seven years ago.

Paterson, who took office Monday after disgraced Gov. Eliot Spitzer resigned after he was linked to a high-priced hooker ring under investigation by the feds, made the revelation at a tense press conference with his wife at his side in the ceremonial Red Room at the State Capitol.

Paterson also revealed that the woman with whom he was first involved in 2001 was on the state payroll, but said she wasn't on his Senate payroll at the time he was a state senator from Harlem.

At one point Paterson appeared to blame his wife for his sexual escapades, claiming that "jealousy" over her own newly disclosed affair with another man during the time they were estranged had contributed to his pursuit of other women.
