Damn, on my way back from a doctor's appointment on Atlantic ave I decided to take a stroll and found that Magnetic Fields was closed down and the space is for sale. Too bad. It was a good addition to the other bars there and made for a good bar crawl with friends. (I swear I'm not an alky!)

Question is: what will take it's space?

    that's a damn shame! my band played an acoustic set there and they had $1 beer special going on for the duration of our set. we played as long as we could but ran out of songs after about an hour :lol: sucks to see that go, they seemed to be doing well.

    Yes, MF is closing, sadly. My band is performing over there tonite w/ the Above as part of the closing week concerts.
