I really hate these people!!! I am wondering if anyone else has had similiar experiences as me: them taking out three times the amount they are suppossed to out of my checking account - not once - but twice! They say after the fact when we have to call them it's because they overlooked us for a couple of months. That's what they said last month, I'm wondering what they'll have to say this month. I called there today to speak to someone and the only person there was a woman named Dorothy who just cleans the bathrooms! Nobody is ever there when I call. I really haven't been this frustrated with a business in quite sometime and I'm not sure what to do about it. I obviously want to now get out of my contract but I know that's going to be a hassle. Any ideas? Thanks for any input any of you may have.

  • I too have had awful billing experiences. I ultimately quit the club (partly b/c we purchased a treadmill and partly b/c I couldn't take it anymore). I am still waiting for the most recent refund (the overcharge happened in March). What I found most frustrating was their total lack of professionalism in their response- as if it were my fault they double-billed me. Thanks for reminding me that I need to call them and harass them endlessly until I get my $!!!
