Christening/Baptism Dresses in Park Slope

Does anyone know of a shop where I can buy my Goddaughter her Christening gown in Park Slope, or anywhere in Brooklyn for that matter? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you dont mind travelling to Williamsburg, I have a feeling you could find something at Natan Borlams at 157 Havemeyer St and South 2nd st.You can google him for the telephone number to call first but you might want to make a trip. He has fine Italian clothes for boys and girls,babies too.Good luck.

Oops....he closes early on Fridays and is closed on Saturdays for Sabbath.But he has been in business over 50 years and you wont be disappointed. I bought my sons clothes there 35 years ago and I just went last week to check out dresses for my granddaughter, the first baby in the family since my son.The owner is still going strong after all these years and still remembered me from 35 years ago.But this one lady from Connecticut has been going to him for over 50 years and was shopping for her great grans. If you happen to have any boys in your family, the little Italian suits are adorable and the trench coats and pea coats for boys and girls.
