My name is Nancy and I am a Real Estate Agent. I specialize in rentals in bay ridge, bensonhurst, dyker heights. I am honest and very hard working and will not waste your time showing you apartments that will not meet your needs or that will not suit your needs or budget. I work two jobs, so I don't have time to waste either ~ hence, I am thorough in my search.

My real estate is located in park slope.

I currently have two, very large size, bdrms in bay ridge for $1,200; beautifully kept building, laundry facility on-site, one of the apartments is in a building that allows pets. Both are extremely close to the train station. 1 block away for one and the other building has the train station right on the corner. One of the rentals have a beautiful view - is on a top floor - very bright.

I also have a 1 bdrm, very beautiful in bensonhurst, clean, modern, beautiful building - nice sized rooms. Landlord is asking $1,200, but if it's only one person or a couple he will go down to $1,000.00; extremely nice landlord!
