sketchy landlord alert

warning to anyone looking to move into the area NOT to move into a listing on craigslist for 2 bedroom plus office for $1,800 on quiet one block street. i know for a fact that the landlords (who live downstairs) forced out a young couple with 9 month old babies when the wife was pregnant and then withheld their deposit. sketchy sketchy people you do not want to share house with. plus whenever i visited them they always had on sweaters and hats in the winter because the heat was never on. it's just not worth it.
