Hi, neighborhood.

I currently live in Crown Heights on St. Marks btwn Classon and Franklin. I have a great 2 BR with a nice size balcony. My roommate is moving out, so I'm looking to move into another apt. nearby.

Here's what I'm looking for:

Studio or 1br, 1bath, full kitchen, newly refurbished. Big enough for a couple to live in. Hopefully in a great area - preferably near Prospect Park and public transportation. I'd like something long term, at least 1 year lease. My max rent per month is $1500 RENT STABILIZED, and I would like to avoid a broker fee. I'll be ready to move June 1 or June 15.

Anyone know of anything available???

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
