How do I dispose of propane tanks? — Brooklynian

How do I dispose of propane tanks?

Anybody know how/where I can get rid of 2 tanks with some gas still in them? My LL left them in my yard in case I got a gas BBQ, but I don't need them (went with charcoal).

I'm in WT, but have a car........

  • You can take them to Lowe's, I think - I take empty ones there for exchange. Or, if they're full, you can drop them off in my back yard for a small fee  (grilling this wkend)
  • Yeah I'll take one of them! Then we can have two in case we run out of gas... I can come pick it up, if memory serves you live not too far from me (and if they're almost empty they shouldnt be too heavy)

Surely the high point in Michael Keaton's career.
