construction on Ocean Ave (near Farragut)
There has been non-stop construction (24hrs/day) over the past couple days directly in front of my building. Last night when I got home around 9pm, they said it would only be two more hours. Told me there was an emergency gas leak. Well, it's now 5am and they have been at it all night. Anybody know what's going on? Should I call 311? I can't sleep.

You should def call 311. NY has fairly strict laws about when construction can and can't happen, and I am pretty sure it's limited to M-Sat, 7 or 8am until 6 or 7pm at the latest.

If there were a gas leak, Keyspan would have been there. If not, you are getting some BS.
