  • Jeez, once you've done your shoutout, it's on there forever. So now I have two, like a dork. I'm also mentioning my hometown in Florida, which makes no sense.

    I hereby apologize to all.
  • Shit. I did it and it put me over in Fort Greene! Clermont and Lafayette? WTF?
  • Looks like it's not letting you set specific streets.
  • ha ha... it put me in the middle of Prospect Park. Totally random.

Sounds like my little flag thingy is as close as it's gonna get, then.
  • It's not very useful as a neighborhood map if it doesn't let you put the actual address.
  • I can't even see the map on my vintage IMAC (the original - before they came out with all those funky colors) OS9 on internet explorer or netscape. I'll have to check it out on my BF's computer later. Hey- it was free, so I can't complain.

That's the one that you have to turn the crank on to start it up, right?
  • I can't move my pin. i'm on some lame ass street in fort greene. blech.
  • often, things like this that sort via zipcode tend to put the little "flag" right in the middle of said zipcode, or wherever that zipcode's main postoffice is.

so if you live on the edge of a non 11238 zipcode, chances are thats why it put you in ft. greene or something.

But I think almost all of us are in 11238 and it scattered us all over the place!
  • More like weirdly grouped into four clusters...
  • Check out the pictures right now: 3 white animals, one white cupcake, and one white rage.
