Nice.
Not much of a recipe though- salt and pepper, butter, cook it until it's done.

i make a nice toaster salmon (what I call it- it sounds kind of gross, but it makes me laugh)
cover the broiler pan with tin foil- put the grill part on top of that.
Take out your salmon- make a little sauce to put on it (ie lemon, mayo, mustard, capers and dill or soy, ginger and scallions or whatever else you have lying around) rub that on.
Put toaster oven on broiler- put in salmon about 2 inches below broiler (every one's broiler is finicky)
Broil for about 15-20 minutes depending on your prefered doneness.
Super easy and really fast clean up.
And can also be made in a regular oven.
Another easy recipe:
(for toasters or ovens)
Take fish and some herbs and lemon and wrap in a piece of tin foil.
Cook on oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes
YOu can also put vegetables in with it or in a separate pouch.
Howdy, Stranger!
