Running Partner(s)?

I believe my knee has healed up, and I'm going to start running again in Prospect Park after I get back from a Thanksgiving trip on the 27th. I want to get a routine going with one lap (3.33 miles) around the park, every morning at 6:30. Starting point will be the Grand Army Plaza entrance to the park. I currently run a Slow Old Man pace of about 9:30/mile, but should ramp up quickly. I know Andy and Muk have expressed interest in this before. Anyone who's interested, please let me know. Thanks!

There also are three road races in Central Park in December if anyone's interested, ranging from 4-9.3 miles.

  • Did this this morning, and indeed the knee is better. Anyone who wants to get into a daily short running routine is welcome to meet me any day at 6:30am, at the Grand Army Plaza entrance to Prospect Park. I'm a 6'2" white guy. I do one 3.33 mile lap of the park. This also is a good way to tune up for next weekend's 4mile road race in Central Park:

Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving.
