Preschool Miscommunication
Hi, Emily M and David.
I just thought I'd let you know that 1). I never received an email from you to stop spamming and 2). I am not researching a book for preschools.
I am a mother of a one-year old and am looking at area preschools to start making plans and attempts to get him into schools in the area. I have heard its tough to get into some of these schools and some of the teaching staff isn't so great.
While I've been starting this research, I was approached to help an organization start a website with all the information we can gather on Brooklyn preschools. If you'd like to check out the site, it's www.thesavvysource.com.
Before you make false accusations on your site, I thought you should know the facts of the matter before you made erroneous statements.

Last week, using the email address you left in one of your posts, I emailed you. I'm sorry you did not get it, but the fact remains that you are most definitely not welcome to continue spamming the message boards as you've been doing. It's one thing to post in our classified's area for help...once. Posting and reposting in every message board every week is not going to work out. If you have a legit question, pick your neighborhood and post once. If no one answers, well, there you go, no need to come back every single week and repost. If you have a commercial service, request or would like to get information as I've read spending the past several weeks, chasing and deleting these numerous posts, that's for the classified section. Please note, that the very first time you spammed the board, I left your post in classified section, where it still remains. That was me being fair. What invariably happens when someone continues to spam the board in such a manner is that eventually and at times unfortunately, we have to ban them completely from the board.
I'll ask you again, please stop spamming the board. -
I am sorry, I didn't realize that your "Zagat-like guide" would be online-only. If you are really just interested in finding a school for your child, why did you post this five times? There is no need to post any of your messages more than once. It would be very courteous to register. And by the way, putting your URL in this post as well really isn't conducive to convincing people that you're not spamming.

Please. It's obvious that your primary interest is not gathering information for your own use; it's collecting information for a survey about preschools. -
It may be coincidence, but the registrant of thesayvysource.com, Stacey Boyd of San Francisco, shares a name and city with a former teacher who started the dot com Project ACHIEVE, which put K-12 student information online for parents and teachers to access. That Stacey Boyd was savvy enough to get her website acquired by an educational software publisher back in 2001, and probably made a boatload off of it. I wonder if thesavvysource plans to make money off of their preschool database...
